“ Why are we still having these “black” discussions? If we want a society that is “color blind” we have to stop having these “black” discussions. We need to disband the NAACP – unless, we’re ready for a National Association for the Advancement of White People, too.

I love it when people think that the only way to achieve racial equality is to pretend that no one is black, rather than acknowledge someone is black and treat them with equal respect and dignity.
